01 — Initial enquiry. Understand the project, location, required works and anticipated programme.

02 — Scope review. Review the intended works, available information and practical requirements.

03 — Site information / survey review. Consider access, working area, ground or site conditions, drawings and any relevant service information.

04 — Planning & methodology. Consider sequencing, plant, labour, materials, waste requirements and the working approach appropriate to the work.

05 — Quotation. Define the scope and provide a clear quotation based on the information available.

06 — Pre-start coordination. Confirm access, logistics, site requirements and communication arrangements with the client or site management team.

07 — Mobilisation. Coordinate the agreed resources and prepare the work area for delivery.

08 — Delivery. Carry out the agreed works with an emphasis on safe working, communication, organisation and an orderly site.

09 — Inspection & communication. Keep the work under review and communicate practical changes or requirements as they arise.

10 — Handover / close-out. Review the completed scope, address close-out requirements and leave the work area appropriately handed over for the next stage.
